Referrals can be sent via email (with young person’s personal information attached in a password protected document) with password sent in a following email, or via telephone with either the young person present or not.  In order to process a referral, we will require the basic information of the young person including: Full name Date of Birth, Postcode

Telephone number.  The young person will then receive an initial telephone information session, during which we will confirm eligibility and provide IAG and work with the young person to determine the best and most appropriate programme pathway to meet their needs.
